Welcome to my Eportfolio! Here is where I will be displaying all of my hard work and accomplishments as I have completed my Business Management Degree and pursuing my MBA. I have included past work, and achievements in and out of the classroom. Additionally, I have added my goals and outcomes as I continue working toward creating effective teams that are driven.
About Me
My name is Joshua Motzer I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 18 years. We have two children and two rambunctious puppies. My family and I love to travel around the world. I lived in Japan for 7 years and had the opportunity to travel extensively. I have 20 years of Aviation Maintenance, Professional Military Education, leadership, management, and team-building experience with the United States Air Force.

I've completed my Bachelor's Degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources through the American Public University System (APUS). I am currently a grad student pursuing my Master's in Business Administration. Utilizing my vast military experiences paired with my Human Resource background, I want to continue to create diverse teams that are capable of meeting strategic objectives.

My time in the military has shown me the value of teamwork and collaboration. Creating opportunities to build on experiences and innovation sharpens critical thinking and the decision-making processes. Taking care of people and inspiring them to reach their full potential is a key factor in mentoring, developing trust, and teamwork.
